Um... what keeps it from blowing away? Are the users going to cart around 4 CMU blocks all day? How do you keep edges from wicking water at ground? What happens when folds wear out after a couple of uses? What is REALLY needed is the political gumption to change zoning codes to encourage more residential development, especially of SROs. Also, this liberal notion of mixing income levels and providing identical units for subsidized units as for market rate units is inefficient and wrong.
