it appears that the gardens are only visible from the higher of the surrounding buildings, and the streetscape is an uninviting canyon, like the rest of Osaka.
most shoppers will stick to the underground malls that connect all the neighbouring stations and buildings, or the ebisu and shinsaibashi arcades.
