Here is a CAD model that will give you a start on all those things.

Not very detailed and no easy way to get measurements.

Distances can be approximated by drawing a grid of blocks with a known spacing in Design Workshop Lite and using lights and textures to create a 3dmf file. Then use merge file to place the grid of blocks in the Engineering Building model, set the view to wireframe and count the blocks.
