designing glass facades or curtainwalls is a bit complex. although those glass bldgs. look similar, the components of the curtainwall are designed specifically according to the structural capacity, wind load,etc.. , and also it depends on how you design the mullions, the type of brackets you'll use... each member are calculated. for a curved design, that is really challenging :) check out some books on designing curtainwalls. there are different designs of mullions with curved adapters/components ( a turning radius) to accomodate uneven or curvilinear placement of glass. there's a book by nicholas grimshaw, "skin, space, and structure".
