You need to decide what works for you the best. In larger firms thought you get to know all the details about almost everything, and the resources available are unlimited, there is no personal space available. Everyone and every thing is disposable. Working for projects that are fast paced is good for the knowledge, but at the same time can drain you off your own creativity, as you land up just being a cog inthe huge mechanism.
Im curious to know... what is the incremental in the pay scales that you are being offer wit this muntinational firm and what are the work times?
