I m quite impreesed by donald there are two sides to the proffession one who look for creative values,which talks about architect being an artist, but we tend to forget that an architect also has to play a role of an adminstrator,its so happens with architectural eduaction here is that students are more exposed to design subject and are encouraged to sharpen their artistic skill, the adminstration is left to the practice, and thats why should develop ur adminstartion skills in the practice creavtivity has to go simultaneously i myself had to struggle for a good job when i walked out of the college, applied in the big firms. had to receive a 'no' they reason was cost cutting, global economic crisis, small firms are had no jobs to offer, ended up taking odd jobs locally, today i have a full fledge office and i m working on developing corporate policies, as donald has identified the overall(creative, social & political) development lies in the corporate attitude,
