The MSN link you posted reproduces some of the rendering and photo boards that were part of the 12/19 unveiling in New York. Although one board in that set had plans and elevations, the press didn't show much interest. I guess plans don't play well on TV.

In any event, the design is only in the schematic phase. Stay tuned, there is much more to come.
