While I know that Mr. Gehry's work is hip in some circles, the average joe thinks of rumbled up tin foil...The fact that the project is double its budget ought to give us pause...but it won't. So many are blinded by the light. ....I wonder if there are any homeless people that the county government could have housed with the 130 million dollars in budget over runs....not to mention the over-kill original budget.....hmmmm.

It Doesn't shine so bright in that context.
