Before I answer this question, let us explore what the word mother means. Mother is synonymous with giving birth and supprorting a child through critical phases of life. Architecture is first born in a fertile imagination of an artist who uses uses art as a medium to present his first thought. It is then tested and given a solid form by the sculpturor who make a model of his idea. lastly, it is the architect within the person who brings together the various faculties to make a full scale and workable-habitable entity. So who is the mother?
