Another resource might be your nearby vocational education/ career center/ trade school. If they have a carpentry program, this might be a good project for the students in the trades classes. You could provide the design and the materials and they could provide the labor.

What size model house do you want? 10 feet X 12 feet or larger? Maybe a nearby storage building manufacturer would have something suitable? Or could you use something on the scale of a doll house?

Another possibility is a custom playhouse manufacturer. I have seen playhouses in a variety of styles from "modern" to Victorian.

Do you want a basic house or something more elaborate.
