The words is not that much "lattice" structure . The last few weeks the words been "spire" ,suspension bridge cables, and "forced marriage".

Mr Silverstein said the building would be a "new icon of the New York skyline". But he also said the new design was "practical" and one that "would work". ------- Right work in what way ; do this mean that the problem that caused the floors to fall in the old Towers are solved with the lookalike "lattice" structure ?

Do this mean that the building method ask no weak attachment between floors and walls, that what will be build will trust new technology to point to new jobs and a bright future.

What I would find "practical" would be somthing true, somthing not false somthing that is not just an emty shell.
