i am forming a group which would, through a class action lawsuit,
dismember the NCARB's involment in interns lives by limiting it's function (if it must have one) to only developing and administering the
exam.

IDP requirements and reciprocation records will also be addresed.

architects are being taxed twice (once by states and again by the NCARB) for registation requirements. it is wrong and should be stopped.

any one interested in pursuing this please respond.

the NCARB is probably in violation of many anti-trust and states rights
rules and it needs to be challeged in the courts.
