It reads like you need to get another job if all the money you are paying NCARB and for the exam are just too much for you to handle. Your many occasions in calling NCARB sounds a bit much.Get over it and your whiney attitude too. This is truely government type work and you get government type services, without the answeres sometimes. Until it can change you might have to go live in another country where things aren't maybe so unstructured, or maybe after you grow up things will get better for you.
