depends on scale (size in relation to the real thing) , level of detail, and materials used. a 1/8" or 1/4" scale in fine highly detailed papers & plastics of a custom design should run about US$ 1.00 per square foot of the actual building: ie, a 3000 square foot house would run about $3000 dollars and take 7-10 days for completion, assuming using a professional modeler
