Are you asking for construction costs? Or fees to prepare documents ?
If your not going to be the one building the structure I suggest not answering. Let a contractor deliver the figures. Unless you have built some homes and can recall they total costs and create a preliminary guesstimate. If your asking about psf fees for documents.
What I have done is guess on how many hours it would take for me to delivery this project to the client x what ever your hourly rate is. Lets say 75.00 per hour than divide by the sf to arrive at a fee. There are many ways to bill for a project Check on the "archinect" forum. search "fees"
