My name is Cynthia Greenlee-Donnell. I'm a reporter working on a story about round houses. I started working on a story about two houses made of precast concrete-blocks, built by architect Archie Royal Davis in Durham, North Carolina. They were built in the late 1940s, and I'm trying to find out information about the history of round houses. A colleague told me that he thought round houses were a trend of the post-war era, but I've found little information. I'm also curious about what architects today see as the pros and cons of round buildings.
