I have recently aquired an archipelago of the coast of tonga known as parador. It consists of five islands the largest being 8 sq miles. I have been given permission by the tongan government to build 2 cities and 3 towns "town =less than 50,000 inhabitants, City= more than 50,000 inhabitants." all but 2 islands have sufficient sources of natural spring water and one of the remaining islands is given over to a utility hub for solar and wind power generation. Thecities shall cover the two largest islands, while the smaller islands shall be given over to town building and agriculture. This project is meant to generate added tourism and revenue for the tongan government. The layout of the are will coincide with the charter of the new urbanism. Architecture will reflect western design styles at the end of the nineteenth century this includes art deco, neoclassical, neo gothic barouque, neo byzantine, empire(first and second), and beaux arts. Architects interested should email me and will recieve an invitation to the construction convention. Three conventions will be held one on the east coast one on the west coast and one in the midwest.
