what you mean by margin(periphery) and center? these terms need a clarification. and also what do you mean by music apears from the marginal of city? do you think music as phenomena? is that is the case, arc hitecture can be linked implicitly and indirectly to phnomena or events. There's an old sying in our country that "architecture is frozen music". but this saying doen's recognize the temporal parameter of architecture. space/time can be realized in archtecture. adn as such, may not be the direct sensation but the IDEA, the music-ness of muscii can be architecturalized and alluded to in your creation.
