This is an absolutely false statement:
[S]uffice it to say that there is absolutely no scientific evidence out there which shows that any measurable increase in the temperature of the earth's atmosphere is being caused by the actions of man.
Like it or not, there is in fact a great deal of straightforward scientific evidence, and an ovewhelming consensus of scientists both internationally and in the U.S. for the reality of measurable and predictable anthropogenic global warming.
The scientific consensus is that current rates of global warming are unprecedented in the records of Earth's natural history. Science predicts resulting environmental catastrophe will be huge unless strong practical measures are made to reduce current carbon dioxde output levels.
Vast documentation of this consensus is available for instance at www.Nature.com, site of the world's top international scientific journal. Enter "global warming" into the search field on the Nature home page, and browse as many as you want of the more than 10,000 search hits from within the Nature journals.
The United States, under the Bush administration, stands alone among major developed nations in attempting to deny and/or ignore the science with regard to global warming, and in many other areas as well.
While we do encourage open discussion of relevant topics in this forum, pleaase note that we will not allow it to be misued as a platform for promoting patent falsehoods.
