Hi
I guess that an architect don't even need to be able to draw --
Realy I think it would be a great architect, making 7 different studio's progress a real Vision, doing new design and modern building methods .
As how things alway's been done, and if this is how it will be done, I wouldn't even care to se the build structures ; are they cold?
From my point of view, the results must be the important issue , I never liked the idear of a monolit instead of twins, and my only concern if they reflect the use of avaible technology , better than how it was done yestoday. The architect don't need to be able to even draw ,a lot os studio working together ,must do better practice ,than a single architect attemt, as Designer.
Sorry I have this rigid view, but I think that sales and marketing ,would profit, selling houses a third the cost ,more earthquake safe , and lasting centuries ------ will a doumb steel frame method then overdo what 3D-H will provide , when skilled artists, work together, providing a vision.
You Romans have it just in front your eyes, it make money however you tread it and it will make the vision for your childrens, What was realy wrong earthquake safer, why wasn't 3D-H not a more flexible framework ;))
Structure is what form any building anyway ,my aproach is just why not make it a third the cost ;))
