I am in the midst of doing a comparative site analysis and would like to add more depth to it other than the usual site impacts of utilities, natural features and man-made conditions etc.

Are there any web sites that can advise how land planners analyze by land value, or cost of development giving order of magnitude, or other impact costs that should be studied when comparing one site against another?

Any opinions will help.
