I chair the Alien Architects committee at the Boston Society of Architects . We deal with all matters regarding being a foreign educated architect living in the Massachusetts.
We have recently received several complaints from people who have submitted their EESA to NAAB. We are now preparing a report on the process to submit to the BSA and the Massachusetts State Board. This will be our second report . The first report compaired the NAAB accredited schools to the NCARB education standard which foreign architects must achieve.
We would like to hear from anyone who has gone through the EESA process since 2000 from anywhere in the USA, regardless if it was a good or bad experience or you are a US non NAAB educated person or a foreign educated architect in order that we can get an accurate picture of people's experiences, establish the real time the process takes, and what are the subjects that you are told tthat you have to complete further education on.
