I'm looking all over the web and my university's career center info, and I'm struggling to get more accurate data on how to calculate a salary range. I'm having a couple of interviews at firms in texas, and for one of them they have already asked for my salary requirements. I told them I wasn't prepared for answering, that I'm researching and coming with a sum based on both the position and the qualifications I have. Is there a source of information on how to rate our knowledge, skills and previous experience when asking for a salary?
I'm completing my master's degree, and the info I'm looking is for an entry level position, particularly dallas, and south texas region.
Thanks to anyone
