Hi Terry

I would take this quest to England as old building regeneration is happening all the time there because England is so old.
You could try asking for further help at www.designdirectory.co.uk, this lists many architects and designers so you could try asking for help there.
Plus you can visit www.redbridge.gov.uk/planning/regeneration/ilford.cfm

The latter is a regeneration project happening now so you could always ask for guidance there too. Good luck with your project.
