I know exactly where you're coming from. It's usually a result of information overload. All you can do is just take a break away from studies, do something to relax and refresh your mind then go back to it.
No point trying to force your mind to accept something if it's saying no so you might as well switch off for a while and take the pressure off completely just till you feel like the block has lifted.
