Try The Federal Aviation Administration should have design guidelines, manuals, etc. that will help you. Also, check TIME-SAVER STANDARD for BUILDING TYPES, which has some design discussion, diagrams, and toehr references in it. These will address the more technical information, but should also provide some information for the design of terminals and other ancillary buidings.
