Thanks a lot for doing the research but I think your are right: this doesn't look like the one. The one I saw looked much more spectacular. As for where I read about it, it was the New York Times magazine, not a website, so it was writen in English. I can't find it on the NYTM website; go figure, I am not surprised that a print publication can't get there stuff together on the web and actually has the audacity to charge you to see some of it. It was an issue sometime in this millenium I think- after 2000. It was an issue that dealt with things from the future in all aspect of society I think: architecture, computers, heatlh etc etc.. Thanks for looking and don't give up I am sure we can find it!
