Can't agree-- if your project requires a goodly number of rest room fixtures [the requirements of the building and/or plumbing code] then I would think separate rooms would come out to be much more costly. Allowing for one [or other "small" number], single-occupany, unisex, ADA compliant rest room would seem to serve all consderations rather well-- and would minmize added cost.
