Harvard, Cornell and Yale would let you do Master degree in Arch. It would help if you can get an intern-ship position with an architectural firm, because you will need a portfolio. However, if you have any work in any form of art (spatial) that can help too. In terms of intern-ship you should aim for firms like SOM, KPF, Morphosis...etc simply because they are very well connected with the schools, and you will need a letter of recommendation from someone in field (Arch).
