have you considered treatment for your phobia? i don't doubt it must feel quite debilitating; the ol' urinal trough at most any stadium is almost too much for me sometimes. but as silly as this discussion may seem to some of us, it does raise an interesting what point do we draw the line between disability and phobia? the point was mentioned about clausterphobia; do we take it to a fear of heights, as well? there are many who have a paralyzing fear of heights. do we stop designing buildings over two stories to make these buildings more accessible? paruresis, please consider getting some real help before getting a lawyer.
