Private stalls are not enough as I have tried using them for over 25 years. AIA may be a club, yet they must comply with IBC and ADA for example. Many architects argue instead of trying to learn how to fix this problem with communal rstrooms. Necessity is the mother of invention, and my web site shows how to design private restroom cheaper than communal (after I can change ADA, hopefully).
