I can definitely recommend the following...

1) Grand Arche at La Defense, fantastic piece of architecture and you can go up on the roof too..
2) Montparnasse Tower, you can go up on the roof of this 59 story building to get unspoilt views (no cage like the eiffel tower) of Paris
3) Hotel De Ville in the city centre by Notre Dame
