I'm a student at Truckee Meadows Community College in Reno, Nevada. I'm doing my thesis on environmental homes and I've selected straw built homes as part of that thesis.I Have my own ideas on how to improve environmentally to this design. I'm also a residential designer in training and have a subdevelopment in mind using straw built homes with my ideas. If any help could be provided it would sure help. In Nevada it is hard to sway building departments to allow this type of building let alone the insurance community. Anything could help. Please email me at Millwork1@email.com with any info we could use.
Thank you,
Andy Crank
