First researh the work of Thomas Jefferson and let us know if you need more. He had some whacky ideas...but considered a great architect and inventor as our 3rd President. Start with his Monticello House project.
Then try researching the work of Stanley Tigerman...p#^*$ shaped house et al. He is a modern day whacko whos latest work is a marble clad shower curtain...on display as an art piece most recently.
