Oh I see.So you're already an architect. I'm just a fifth year architecture student at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, in Sta. Mesa, Manila, Philippines. I inquired last year at the Agencia Espaņola de Cooperacion Internacional here in Manila about scholarship in Spain, and I also surfed on DICES, but i have to study Spanish language first because all instructions there is in Spanish.I plan to take up Spanish at the Instituto Cervantes after graduating from architecture so that I can finally apply for scholarship in Spain.
