I wan to stall the second hard drve and foramt because I know tha the first hard drive already have window 98 so I just want to format second my problem is that when the hard drive started to frmat like 45
percent then stop to proceed and the computer start to do number of cluster and never finish so my second hard drive never get to a hundred percent to get format because alway blocking the bad cluster and never finish so can you give me some idea how to fix this problem
