Message - Roman Colosseum .Need direction on how to submit paper

I have a theory on how the rigging actually worked for the velarium and it is different from the currently accepted theory. I believe it would support an almost complete coverage for the Flavian Amphitheater. My problem is I don't know how,or where, to submit a paper describing this theory and how it works. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
