according to the BBC, Richard Rogers Partnership has been "sacked" from the Welsh Assembly project for the new Welsh Parliament.

This has been stated as being because the project was going seriously over budget.

According to the Richard Rogers Partnership, they are being made scapegoats: "This is classic stuff. Someone is trying to destroy the building and has succeeded."

anyone have any views on this ?
