No itself; a shrine it is, looks a bit between russian, byzantynian, but mostly muslim iranian architecture. However shrines to imitiation are elsewhere, just today have got a book Vertigo hat speaks of imitated cities in China or NY NY in Las Vegas. Hope you get to identify. But well, just a bit simpler and voider and it could be a shrine for the Blessed Virgin of anywhere
