dear Sir,

Thank you for response. You are absolutely right, structural failures have catastrophic effects and all designers must and should learn and benefit from what was seen in the horrific collapse of the WTC.
From tragedy and ashes wisdom must come ,if it does not ,then mankind just repeats the same mistakes again and again
