I believe that the WTC should be rebuilt. Instead of Twin Towers, design a wider building that is actually no taller than any of the other surrounding buildings. The unique difference(s) to the new structure would be actually 2 things: 1st, as the tower is built, the base would have all the names of anyone that passed away inscribed in bricks around the front entrance such as the war memorials are in Washington DC. 2ndly, Rename the building: The Memorial Trade Center. I believe this would be fitting!
