Funny you should mention the Luddite washcloth. That's what my mother used to use on me when I was growing up on the dairy farm. We would wash every night with a quart of water and then take a full bath every Saturday night whether we needed it or not. I can't really say that I am any cleaner now that I spend five to ten minutes in the shower every morning. I do use a lot more water that simply runs down the drain. How wasteful of me. So all is not well here.

And, just the other night some Luddites came over with their axes ready to destroy my shower, but once they felt the soothing warm water running over their bodies, they threw down their axes and I haven't been able to get them out of the house.

Just between you and me, I quickly picked up their axes and hid them.
Now they don't have an axe to grind!
