I bought a system two years ago and was able to get all of it. I was refunded money to get my own scanner and printer. But my problem is with the computer, it does not recognize the CDR-CDRW and I cannot burn any CD's. The two drives are on there. Would any of you have 800 numbers as to where I can get assistance? Any info would be helpful.
