In 2001 Mr. Fox of Uncapher Uncapher and Fox, represented me in selling my property in Spring Chursh, Pa. I paid Mr. Fox to do a Power of Attorney for my son Larry Dinsmore to represent me at closing. I paid him again to do a limited Power of Attorney as this was solely to represent me at closing. This is a very old piece of farm property. Mr. Fox decided to keep $2500. in escrow for Mr. Bauer to guarantee that my son removed everything from the property. Also there was a ferrel cat that lived in the barn that I got charged $150. for spaying. The closing was well over a year ago and Mr. Bauer took possession of the property. I am still getting letters for my son to vacate the property. I had my real estate license for 20 years and it is my understanding that once there is aclosing and the buyer has inhabitated the property, the deal is over. It also seems that Mr. Fox wasn't representing my best interests. He has $2500. of my money and is representing Mr. Bauer. Also I distinctly told the real estate agent that mineral rights did not go with the property. He replied 'Well I can't sell it then' I said fine. He said 'Oh no I can sell it without mineral rights' They included the mineral rights with the sale. By the way, Mr Fox is well aware that my son Larry Dinsmore moved from the property the first week of December of 2002, and he knows that as he sends all notices to West Lebanon, Pa.
