I bought a model 3270. I received my rebates from Canon and for the monitor but noe from the VC store. I kept checking the website, then one day it was gone. A message said they had filed bankruptcy. I had a couple of warranty issues but couldn't get help.
By running a report on the Checkit 5.02 program that came preloaded on the PC I was able to get some info on the hardware of the computer.
I added a cdrw drive and an additional 128mb of RAM with no major problems. I would like to upgrade the video card and processor from 700mhz to whatever the max is ( I think it is 900mhz) but I need more info on both components. If anyone has any help, please email me
