Just a friendly note. If you have purchased a computer from the VC store, and you have not received it, not gotten rebates, not gotten service, or it is not working get in touch with the Attorney General's office in PA (where the VC store is located). As of March 22 the Attorney General has filed suit against VC Store (and all the other names they go by) and their president George Capell. The Attorney General's office in PA can be reached at www.attorneygeneral.gov You can also call there, and they will know who you are talking about and what forms you need to fill out. Also on this site you can find a press release relating to the company.
I have also contacted the Attorney General in my own state (which already had 31 complaints against them). I also contacted the FBI internet fraud division (www.ifccfbi.gov). I think that most of us are so pissed off, spend the hour or so to fill out these forms, all you can do on line (assuming you have a computer that is working).
