Does this apply only to Business use of the vehicle, or does it also apply to personal use? I was told by the dealer that I could take the deduction (and I was in with my wife purchasing the Prius), but I just got off of the phone with the IRS and they told me that Section 179A only applies to vehicles used for business.
Yet another thing the dealer told me that seems to be incorrect. (along with GPS equipment in the car, etc)
