I purchased their system in October of 2000. I finally received most of the system by Thanksgiving. After connecting the system, it locked up. It took over one week to even reach a tech. He couldn't fix the problem. I received a return number, sent back the unit and now they have my computer and my money. I'm am interested in bringing a suit against the owners of the company if anyone is interested. Please contact me. I have contacted an attorney, the better business bureau and my city district attorney already. The district attorney is very interested in the problem.
