Dave, one of the co-owners you can read about on the site, even gave me his home phone number in case I needed to contact him.Since I got it, Dave has e-mailed me to see if everything was OK and another time to tell me of a free upgrade if I wanted to send the unit in. (I decided not to go into my floorboard for a minor change that for me wasn't something that excited me much.)You can't beat that for customer service. The personal touch reminds me of my early computer days when Atari software developers had this kind of relationship with customers.
