I bought my Everex Explora system from VC Store and I haven't had any problems with it at all. In the beginning it did freeze up once or twice but I found out later that it was because of one of the programs I downloaded that was screwing with my computer. I'm very pleased with my computer. I do agree that the wait time to receive the computer is horrible. But customer service was great when I called. They even called to give me my confirmation numbers when my packages were going to be delivered. I received my monitor first and then recieved everything else a month later. It was too long to wait but I did get everything that they advertised and I have had my computer for more then 8 months now. Computer, printer, scanner, and all. Everything is in working order. The only thing I'm very upset about is the refund! I never received it! And now I just found out that VC Store went out of business. Oh well. I'm just glad that my computer is working...sorry that all of you are so unhappy with your purchases.
